SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All VERSEO products are made-to-order by our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been produced and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We fulfill orders from facilities in Europe (Spain and Eastern Europe) and the USA to ensure faster delivery. Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete:

  • Denmark: 5-7 business days
  • European Union: 5-7 business days
  • United States: 5-7 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7-15 business days

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to Japan, Australia, or other remote international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at store.verseo@gmail.com before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount - check our current promotions at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

International Orders - Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are determined by your local customs office. VERSEO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order enters production.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at store.verseo@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
